36 Jan 22 Comment Thanks to everyone for their comments. I will relook at the image, especially the foreground and will try the Orton effect. I've used it in other images but did not consider it for this image. Thanks again!

36 Jan 22 Comment Nice job catching this wave and beautiful clouds. I especially like the foreground and the sand complements the blue water. I would also crop but leave some of the sand in the foreground. Looking at your above comment, I see that you did that. Jan 20th
36 Jan 22 Comment Very cool composition. I actually don't mind the people because it's reality based. The line of people walking to the falls almost reminds me of the photos taken of the climbers waiting to summit Everest. Nice job. Jan 20th

My only suggestion to help define the lines further is to add a touch of contrast.

36 Jan 22 Comment The boulders are a great part of this image and the beautiful light on the mountain against the clear blue sky. My only suggestion is to try to brighten the foreground and bring out the yellows/oranges in the boulders. Also, a soft vignette can make it more dramatic. Very nice. Jan 20th
36 Jan 22 Comment First, thanks for sharing this image. I haven't been to this state park yet and luckily it's only 1.5 hours from my house. Definitely a trip in the near future. Also, the Platypod is something I carry in my bag. I have the smaller one which is stable but after seeing yours, I think it's the Max version, I may have to upgrade!
About the image....when I first looked at this image my first thought was to have more space at the top of the falls and bring the falls in closer. However when reading about the white out sky your crop makes sense. I would also add a vignette to draw more attention to falls. 		Jan 20th
