Thanks Richard. I wish I could say just one photo was taken but unfortunately it was several! |

I never heard that but now it will stick in my mind when composing and editing especially if the sky lacks interest. Thanks! |

Great job overall with changing the sky, matching the light, and composing the shot.
I would like to see the image a bit brighter so show off more detail in the cliffs and make the green pop. |

Thank you Bill. I appreciate everyone's comments as I wasn't sure about this image. I always liked it as well as friends and family but lol that doesn't count. I like hearing the reasons why it works or doesn't work. |

Thanks Arne and no worries about he April image. Time is precious and sometimes there just isn't enough of it to go around! I kicked up the sky vibrance a bit before posting so I will definitely relook at it again. |

Thank you Michael and it was definitely a long night! I tried to brighten the white in the waves before posting but it didn't look right. I will definitely try again. Thanks for the suggestion!

Thanks for your feedback Larry. I always liked this image because of the water but wasn't sure it was strong enough. I will play with cropping the sky a bit more and see how it looks. |

Such a beautiful area and I like the ruggedness of the rocks and harsh moving water. The rushing water fits in this setting and you captured it well. Good composition. Since the photo was taken on a bright sunny day, some of the detail in the highlights, shadows were lost possibly bracketing would have helped to provide a more dynamic range throughout the image. |

Next time I'm in Tampa I need to photograph this bridge too! Thanks for the location information. I really like this image however I'm not convinced the square format works. Did you use the square format to keep most of the sky?
The bridge is beautiful, and you captured it with this wide shot to show its clean lines and size. I'm thinking a rectangle crop would be better to show its long lines as it stands in the context of its environment. I like a square format for photos that get in close and capture details. The smoothed-out sky is balanced with the smoothed-out water and is a nice contrast with the architectural lines of the bridge. I also noticed a few star and car trails. I would love to see this image in black and white. |

I really like the vantage point of this image. I want to be kayaking along the stream to the center point of the lake..rain and all. The weather created the perfect atmosphere for this composition. Richard you mentioned adjusting the horizon line but it look slightly off to me. Overall, very nice image. |

Very nice image. Typically I like to see more natural detail or patterns in the sand but it's to your benefit the winds removed all the footprints and made the sand smooth. The simplification is very natural and nice. I like having the human element for scale and the lighting adds good color and shadows to the image. |
