Actually, I was at the top of the lighthouse looking down! But I love that the abstract nature of the shot can give viewers the ability to see different perspectives!

Hi Erin,
Lovely colors in this image. My first thought was "was that flower really there?"
I think that was because of the difference in focus as has been mentioned. The flower and the small bud to the right are sharper than the middle bud and the fence behind them. I like Greg's crop that totally eliminates that small bud and helps to emphazise the bloom.

What a gorgeous view and I LOVE that sky. My first impression was that I would like it a bit brighter, but then again - maybe not. It IS twilight.
What you might try is cropping out some of the foreground in front of the railing - maybe placing the left curb right at the corner of your image.
Wish I had been there - great shot!

Hi Greg,
Great composition on this one. I love the focus on your main subjects with the cowboys in the background appearing almost as ghosts. I do agree with Tom that the shirt is just too bright and draws attention away from the three faces. With that slight adjustment, you would have a sure winner!

This is a beautiful scene; nice addition of the cabin. I do see just a bit of Chromatic aberration along the upper cliffs, that you might be able to lessen in Lightroom.
