Great idea for the crop. You're right, less leg would definitely be better since it is called "Toasty Toes".

Wow - I'm jealous for two reasons:
1. I would love to revisit Boston, and
2. We have an upcoming assigned subject of "Moody Photography," and this would sure fit the bill.
Nice job on this capture. I agree with Darcy, that you might want to crop in from the left to remove at least a part of the big building. I don't think it got he memo that it needed to be "moody" that morning.

What a feast for the eyes! I love the blur effect and the vividness of the colors.
I agree with Darcy on the lower right being too bright. I'm also not a fan of the bright green/white leaf at the top.
I actually see two images in one, here:
1. your large images - with the bright areas toned down, and
2. the upper right corner - the three blooms and the bud - could almost stand alone, as well.

My, he DOES look lonely! Beautiful colors and it is tack sharp! I do wish we could see all of his reflection and maybe crop a bit off the right side to throw him more off-center.

Cool. My eye had to readjust between Ingrid's "lines" and these fabulous curves! I like how you anchored the bottom of your photo with the wooden window frame.
