Hi Erin,
I, too loved that wonderful blue sky contrasted against the golden sea oats. It's a wonderful place to connect with nature.
Thanks for your comments.

Hi Ingrid,
Ah, a dissenting vote on the placement of the houses! I intend to try a new crop and see how it looks. And, I'll get our club's critique before submitting for the competition.
Thanks for your counter vote!

Thanks, Darcy. It looks like I have a bit more work to do now that I have two votes for Tom's suggestions!
Thank you for the feedback.

Hi Tom,
It was a lovely place to visit. I like your suggestion for more space to the left, and I think I have that. I try a re-crop and eliminate some water to the right. And, it would be entered as a art piece, so maybe a horizontal flip too. It goes against my sense of reality, but I agree that it would improve the viewing experience.
Thanks for your feedback.

Hi Kamal,
Another great aerial image. I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest a crop. What if you make this into a panorama and totally crop out the boat at the bottom? It seemed a bit distracting to me. I wanted to focus on all the interesting activity above, but the other boat drew my eye away. I may be totally off, but give it a try!

Hi Erin,
Another great sports image and congrats on scoring well in your monthly competition. That's always a good feeling. I like that you blurred the sign behind the golaie's head, but I think I'd like it more if you cloned it out entirely. It does draw my eye away from the main subject.

Hi Tom,
Excellent job with the focus stacking. This is a beautifully composed landscape with that S-curve leading us into the image. It feels a bit bottom-heavy to me. You might try a bit of a crop to remove some of the leaves at the bottom.
Beautiful place and excellent capture.

Hi Greg,
I love both images! You really captured the moment in the outtake. I agree that you might want to tone down that shine on his forehead.
The formal portrait is wonderful and I'm sure it will be treasured by his family.
Bless you for your dedication to our veterans and this important project.

Hi Darcy,
These are beautiful! Nice clarity on the main flowers and I love the bokeh treatment on the background. I do agree with the others that you might crop a bit from the bottom.
Excellent capture!

Hi Ingrid,
Your high-speed captures always make me smile! And Darcy's comment made me laugh! I can SOMETIMES get my husband to stop for a few minutes for me to get a shot! All-in-all, great capture and that sky is amazing!
