Hello Kamal,
I was taken by the colors and symmetry of your image and thought "what a beautiful abstract". Then I read your description and went back for a closer look. Holy Moly - those are people - not "abstracts"!
This is a stunning image made even more special by the difficulty in obtaining such a fabulous overhead shot.
Well done!

Hello Xiao,
My initial thought was "I would love to see this in B&W."
It is beautifully shot and posed. I love the mood that you have captured in the model's face a body.
Nicely done!

Hello Tom,
WOW - very cool image! I love how you've placed several "spectres" in a semi-circle around the tunnel entrance, with the others disappearing into the tunnel to create a sense of depth to this image. I think it's pretty spooky for Halloween!
Great job!

Hello Gregory,
Beautiful shot! I love the lighting on the barn, juxtaposed against those darkening clouds.
I laughed at Ingrid's comment about the red truck - I was looking for a cow or two!
The only suggestion I might make is that the vignetting is a tad too dark. I always try to adjust my vignettes so that you don't really "see" them, but just "feel" their effect of bringing your eye to the center of attention in your photo. (If that makes any sense.)
Beautiful photo!

Hello Darcy,
My first reaction was "WHOA! What a capture!" And, isn't that what we want to achieve with out photos? This one certainly has impact!
I concur with the prior suggestions - maybe just crop a bit of sky at the top and saturate the colors in the balloon just a bit more.
Great capture!

Hello Ingrid,
Great shot @ 75 mph! I love the composition and the texture you captured, not only in the rustic building, but the grasses in the foreground, as well as the clouds in the air.
I agree it might look good in B&W or maybe even sepia to emphasize the antiquity of the building.
The one thing that bothers me and draws my eye away from the center of focus is the blue pipe in the foreground. Unless you going for a pure "photo-journalistic" approach, I would clone that out.
Well done!

Hello Darcy,
Interesting observation about the angle of the shot. I tried several different ones and this one seemed best to me. I wanted to be shooting up to emphasize the size of this antique machine, but crouching too low just didn't look right.
I've become a bit obsessive about background clutter! When I'm staging a shot, I run around like crazy moving things, but when I'm not in control of the shoot or the subject, I spend a LOT of time in Photoshop - LOL!
Thanks for for comments!

Hello Ingrid,
Thank you for noticing those wheel circles. One of the photographers who frequently evaluates for our camera club is really into "circles", so he has made me even more aware of them as I plan my photos. I've also worked on bringing out the shadows in my photos, so thanks for the compliment. I will do a bit more work on that sky!
Thanks for sharing your insights!

Hello Kamal,
Thank you for mentioning the title - I sometimes spend almost as much time creating a title as I do post-processing the image! I'll revisit that crop and try some other options. Thanks for the compliments!

Hi Tom,
Thanks for your kind comments. I see what you mean about the sky. I will see if I can tone that down a bit.
