Hi Terry, very nicely done. As a cardiologist I'd be remiss if I didn't comment that blood in veins is red as well, though I appreciate the artistic license. I definitely see your view of it "bleeding" onto the adjacent leaf, beautiful composition. Nothing to add photographically! |

Beautiful capture Jim, though I've got to say, every time we go up there I get very uncomfortable watching folks hanging out that close to the edge! Agree with Helen's comment - the shadow in foreground a little distracting (to me). Not sure there's room to crop it out entirely, but maybe lighten it and move the bottom border up into that zone, focusing tighter on the couple. I really like how you've blurred out the background - can still clearly tell the location, keeps the focus on the foreground. Really nice shot! p.s. was this a posed shot or chance encounter? |

Beautiful image Brenda, not much new to add beyond comments above. Appreciate your "sky swap" - I've got to become more proficient with this approach. Adding another location to my list of future photo travels! |

Thanks everyone - apprecaite the comments and suggestions. Terry, I think I'd agree with your crop. I was trying to keep it from looking like he was leaping out of the frame, but lost some of the context. Bruce, apprecaite you popping in and sharing your Anan shot. I have pictures from my prior trip there that were similar, of cubs in that tree. Sadly, the tree is there no more! I think the Ranger said it came down last year in a storm... |
