Kathryn, what a nice job segregating the flower from the background, it must have been an extremely open f/stop. I agree with Bob that a bit more of the flower in focus might be helpful, but great job focusing in the center of the flower, it really pops and the background is gorgeous. (Even the pink area, which I don't mind.) |

Kamal, I think converting this to my monochrome works quite well. It has quite a painterly effect that I think would work well on a colored background other than the black. You might experiment with different types of backgrounds because I think it could be quite beautiful. Nice job. |

Nadia, this is quite lovely, and the overall greenish tonal quality gives it an interesting look. I like how you segregated the flower from the background and added your own background. You also did a nice job of focusing in on the center flower, especially the stamen. Nice job! |

Bob, I bought mine from EBay. You can probably get at least $1000 for it if it has a low shutter count. |

Doug, I love this! That curve is just wonderful. So when you say you used someone else's background, is that background on the original? Because the original background looks quite good. There is really nothing I can suggest to make it better. It's great the way it is. |

Jacob, that's really lovely. The colors are gorgeous, especially toward the center where you pulled the green out. The edited rendition now has a moody look to it. Since you're making this many changes, I would consider using the clone tool to clone out the bad areas of the pedals. You be surprised how much you can do using that tool. Great job. |

Bob, it's crazy what can be done with the new editing tools. Now with a lot of the new AI tools, it's going to become even crazier. I do like what you've done here. It almost looks as if you shot this in a studio with a black drop. You did a good job of bringing as much of the light out you could toward the center of the flower, and the sun coming through the petals is amazing. I did notice that PS missed a couple spots. Now I might consider cropping it to highlight just the best part of the flower. Nice job. |
