Kathryn, that should be on a wall. Beautiful composite. I do note that you cloned in some of the dahlia image into the bottom right of the image and I think it works very well. Adds to the dreaminess. Love it. |

Syed, this really has a Van Gogh effect! I love what you did, really pushing the artistic/creative side of flower photography. I might consider lightening the far left flower to match the other more, but other than that, great job! |

Doug, I, too, am a focus stacking nut. You did a great job with this image, it's perfectly in focus (better be with a stack 47) and the colors are luscious. I like the composition with the leaf slightly tilted. I have used a focus rail and hand focusing method and prefer the hand focusing. Wonderful job. |

Nadia, really enjoy the deep coloring of the rose and the rain drops add a new dimension. You nailed the focus and what makes this stand out so much in my mind is the splash of yellow at the top right. It provides some amount or depth and interest. Beautiful. |

Jacob, I really enjoy the coloring of this flower. Focus seems clean and you did a nice job of removing the background. One thing that would really make this pop is by using artificial lighting (e.g. a flashlight) when you shoot the subject. By getting the right lighting direction you can really add drama. Thanks for the image! |

Bob, that is brilliantly done. You've turned a ho-hum into something quite beautiful. Composition, color, feeling all to my liking. And the subjects are quite striking. It's really like portrait photography, sharpening the subject against the background. I have a few images I'd like to try it on. Well done! |
