Louis, it's a gorgeous shot even without the plane. The body of water creates a wonderful s-curve the leads one into the sunset. You've pulled the colors out perfectly and there is a very mystical feeling the image imparts. For my eye I would crop down a bit and push the viewer more toward the horizon. It's beautiful. |

Sanat, I love your descriptions, like reading a travel book! You captured a shot with lots of perspective and the yellow is amazing. The birds also add a bit more interest. Since almost all the interest is in the right side of the image, you may think about cropping the cars out and put the focus on the building at the right. Thanks for sharing. |

Trey, wonderful mystical image. Think your crop was right on, leaving the bolder as the focus. I also like the light layers you've been able to create. Kept looking for the fairy, but could find her. I do think it would work well in a calendar or notecard. (I do my flower macros every year for the family and they always seem to be a hit.) Great job. |

Quang, you and I seem to have the same theme working for us this week! What a beautiful cloud formation, very dynamic, but this thing that catches the eye, as small as it is, is the figure with the red towel. It's what makes this image so unique, seeing the person (a woman I take it) stare off into the clouds. She also adds perspective to the size of the clouds. Well done. |

Charles, what a great perspective shot. Between the walkway, rails, pipes, benches etc. the viewer can't help but being pushed deeper into the image. It really is quite striking. The only place were you might want to do some work is in the skylight where some darkening may be helpful. It looks like a photographer can spend days in there! Nicely done. |

Hi Mark, beautiful image. I like the way the driftwood and fence create a leading line for the viewer. The tone of the image is quite striking, especially with the bottom parts of the dark clouds matching some of the dark tones of the driftwood. My only critique would be with the sky where it looks like certain areas are blown out so that my eye is drawn there first and there seem to be lens flare in the top right quadrant. But nicely done! |
