Quang, you captured a lovely image - idyllic almost with the orange and green leave framing a very compact yet lacy waterfalls. Also, taking the shot in portrait mode is very effective. I have just two concerns; for me this is more about the women subject than the falls. She is looking directly at the camera, thus gaining all the attention away from where the focus should be. Had she been looking at the falls, it would guide the viewer toward that view. Secondly, the top leaves of the tree obscure where the falls actually start, which is generally the most interesting part of a falls except for when it splashed at the bottom. Just some thoughts. Very enjoyable. Thank you for sharing. |

Sanat, there is so much to admire in this landscape. The falls are wonderful, full of power, the the throngs of people on the bank make it even more interesting. It's also an incredibly interesting perspective, dead center on the river and well above it. Love that you were able to get to the location - that's usually half the battle. The colors seem natural and well balanced and there is much detail to be seen. My only suggestion would be to look at the horizontal level - to my eye the right side is higher than the left. Great shot! |

Fine image. Iceland is a must see for me. You did a great job of finding a leading line, then compounding on it, so it leads the viewer deep into the scene. The sky is also perfect in that the clouds seem to be pointed in the same direction as the road. (it's also an amazing sky). Wish I had something to impart that would make your image better, but I don't. Great job. |

John, Kings Canyon is a spectacular place for photos and you captured a good one. That road leads the viewer right into the scene. For some reason the entire image is coming across as muddled on my screen, as if it's behind frosted glass. As far as the sharpness of the mountains, the cause seems to be the sky replacement. The lighting seems wrong for where the sun is hitting the peaks. My two cents, I do like the image. |

Wow, love this. The range of fall colors and quality of light is wonderful, especially moving from a dark bottom to a sun-streamed top. But, what I really like is the white bark, like skeletons in the forest. My only suggestion is that I think you over did the darkening (dodge and burn?) in the two upper corners, they seem too out of place, other than that - marvelous. |
