I love this. The patterns and agrarian setting are beautiful. The plowed farrows provide a leading line right into the fields. Gorgeous. I do agree with Louis, the house is distracting to my eye and the colors pull me away from the fields. Either cropping or erasing out the house and concentrating on the field workers could work well. Thanks for sharing this special place. |

Trey, I love "trying" to shoot in the fog. I'm just not very good at it. It's difficult! You've done a good job of capturing the feeling when fog is present. Mystical is a word that John used, and I agree. Somehow, though, the wide sweep of landscape makes my eye wonder all over. I'm wondering what it would look like in portrait mode focusing on just the bent tree? Maybe, worth a try. Thanks for the mist! |

Quang, great shot! I'm amazed that at f14 you're able to get such depth. This would make an award winning journalistic image. Between the flag, fireworks and American flag (threes) you've done an outstanding job. The only thing I'd change, and it was referenced before, is toning down the bright light at the bottom left. Well done! |

Charles, love this take on moving art. You did a masterful job of removing all the extraneous parts and leaving us with a very humorous image. If you really wanted to get outrageous you could erase the top of the body and leave just the walking feet! Nice job. Put a smile on my face. |

Louis, you turned a very usual urban scape image into something artistic. The colors are beautiful, slowly moving from blues to yellows. The buildings could be taken for something ancient instead of ultra modern. It's a really an interesting take on how to completely change the context of a photo. The only thing that was distracting for me is the moon or sun image. It makes sense in the original and maybe not in the finished product. Thanks for sharing! |

John, it's such a great view of Half Dome. The replacement sky fits very well and lightening up the foreground really brought me into the image. I have probably been there 30 times, and every time there is something new to photograph. You must go back and do try winter. You've done the rock it's due, allowing us to see it's majesty. Can't see anything I'd change. |
