I like the muted colors, the bokeh, the detail in the buds, the diagonal line and there are 3 buds - hits all the composition rules! It gives off a peaceful look, but a little lonely and sad, I think. I think I would remove the limb from the top right. I find my eyes keep wanting to go there. Other than that, a lovely photo. |

Nice capture - you did a good job of bringing out the color and the texture is great. I feel that the perspective is off just a little, but maybe its just the nature of the abandoned building. |

Very nice skyline caught with such a dramatic sky. I actually thought it was sunset until I read your comments. I guess this is golden hour. I wish there were more lights on in the buildings, but I guess it was too early. I am curious what is in the water. |

Another photo that tells a story. I am in a creative photo group and our theme this month was faceless people. This would have been a great photo since you really don't need to see any more that the hands as they make an etching of the name on the memorial. Very creative and emotional. |

What a great catch - I've always wanted to find babies on a parent's back, but no luck so far. I love the detail in the tail feathers and crest and the babies are all clearly visible. I do find the water a little distracting, but understand that it can't be changed for competition. Just a great shot and a beautiful story of nature. |

Very nice capture of a gull in flight. You captured the detail in his wings beautifully. That's not always easy with lighter birds. Very nice. |

Great shot - perfect. This is a new bird for me. The detail in the bird is perfect, but the great long exposure of the water elevates it and makes it a fantastic photo. I do agree with the crop just enough to get him a little off center. Beautiful photo! |

Great shot and perspective. I like the detail in the tree that contrasts with the bird so I like your crop. It also gives it some framing and shows the viewer where he is located. I love egrets and they can have the most quirky looks sometimes. Good find - sorry about the bears. I went to Alligator River again this year and after 3 years of trying, I was lucky and did get some bears. You are fortunate to live close to there. |
