I agree with all the comments - This a great long exposure shot - you've caught the moving vehicles beautifully and the colors are so vibrant - wonderful! |

Good post processing - the after is a big improvement on composition and detail. I like the logs in the foreground which gives a good point of perspective. I like the clouds that reinforce the leading line. I love to photograph and visit lighthouses. Thanks for the tip for a future trip! |

I like the interaction between the man and the statue with the 3 head statues looking away - encourages a story. I agree that the right is a little bright and really not where the story is. My eyes tend to go there since it is the brightest point, but the story is on the left. |

Great action shot - I especially like that you got the rider's eye and the horse's eye. It shows the determination from each perspective - definitely tells a story. |

No erasing the background - I was this close. I also used my 800MM lens. We were at a wildlife refuge drive in Savannah, Ga and there were lots of cattle egrets that day. They follow the cars to eat the insects stirred up by the cars. This guy was sitting on a fence next to the road. Thank you! |

I think these are beautiful birds when in their breeding colors and what a great catch with the baby on board! This is definitely one on my bucket list, but when we get loons here in the south, their colors are non-breeding and fairly boring. A great catch! |

Thank you! You are right - I shouldn't have cut off his tail. I went back and looked and it wasn't in the original photo although I had another one that might have been a better choice that included the entire bird. I love the 800mm also! |
