This is a lovely photo - I had not heard of this place, but made a note to visit on my next trip down. I especially like the sky and the sharpness of the building and trees. The light is wonderful and it is nicely composed. |

It's never easy to capture a flock of birds and have them all in focus. This photo tells a great story - I had not heard of this refuge since I am on the east coast. I did check it out and all the pictures online of the wide variety and quantity of birds makes me want to visit! |

A great photo with such great colors. I agree with the perspective comments although it's not always an easy adjustment. I have used Lightroom's transform tool which is fairly easy. I would remove that one streetlight - I find it distracting. My eye wants to go to the bright spot. It is a beautiful shot and I really like the framing. |

I really like this and I like the crop. The steam gives it such an eerie and surreal feel. The concrete block is a little distracting so maybe just remove it. |

I really like this and it does look like Escher. I have not tried composites yet so I can't really give advice, but I do think this is a great 1st attempt. I like the angles and colors and it keeps my eyes occupied! |

Thank you. No, I have never used NIK - I used Lightroom. I may have to look at NIK if I want to pursue B&W more. |

Good detail, lighting and texture. The detail in the birds is really nice along with the catch light in their eyes. So nice to get them together - great story and beautiful capture. |

One of my favorite birds and how great to get their little babies. I like the photo of the skimmer feeding the baby - his eye is more visible and it tells a great story. |

This introduces me to another new bird! What a beautiful bird and what a great capture. This is just a perfect in-flight photo with the added benefit of dinner. The background color adds so much since it matches the center of the bird. Just beautiful! |

Very nice capture - I like the composition and the detail is so sharp. I was not familiar with this bird since it is not native to most of the United States. Thank you for introducing me to this beautiful bird. Good luck in PSA. |

I love the bluebird box! Congratulations on the family - you will really enjoy watching them feed the babies. I especially like the lighting around the box and the bokeh background. It tells a great story. I hope to see pictures of the babies. |
