I posted the original below. I guess I should have left more of the stem. Thanks! |

I don't usually do borders, but agree that it does seem to float. I posted the ooc image below and I guess I should keep more of the stem so it has an anchor. Thank you. |

Great storytelling. I would crop a little in the front which would put more focus on the rushing water over the side of the road. Very emotional and great capture! |

Thanks all for the constructive comments - I agree that it seems to be floating and needs an anchor - if interested, here's the unedited version |

I love the beautiful color and the bokeh. I find myself wishing that center piece wasn't quite so straight. I tried tilting the entire flower, but really didn't like it. Beautiful flower and such peaceful muted colors. |

I love the color and the light. I also thought it was pouring water and not plastic. I agree with cropping some from the left - the right is so much more interesting and colorful. Beautiful shot. |

I love that you got them all in line and with the same leg positions. The black and white gives off a much different emotion than the color one. I prefer the B&W - great capture! |

Beautiful colors and beautiful sky. I do agree that it will be better with some of the top cropped off. |

Beautiful bird - I have to laugh because we have the white ones and we also have too many! They fly in huge flocks, but when they are breeding, their color is red and so striking. I agree that this needs to be cropped which shows off more detail in the bird - just leave him enough room to fly. Great shot! |

This is a great capture of the eagle in flight - he is just perfectly posed. I like the more muted background so it doesn't take away from that beautiful eagle. I would see if you can work on the head in post-processing and try to get some more detail. Beautiful capture. |

We have a lot of these here in South Carolina in the swamps and wetlands. They are so funny to watch. I like the capture of him in motion and the flowers add a nice detail. Very nice. |

Thank you. Yes, I feel that the background was a little too busy and distracting - I like this better. |

This is a beautiful image - the complimentary colors of blue and yellow just sets it off along with the composition. I am not surprised it has won awards - it is just striking! Well done. |

This is a great shot - really clear and the bokeh background and grasses in front just add to the beauty. If I hadn't read your story, I would think you were down on the ground with the bird. Such a great perspective and a beautiful shot. |

We have started seeing a few orioles here in South Carolina. This one is beautiful with fantastic coloring. I agree with the suggested crop to put more focus on the bird. Thanks for the tip with the grape jelly. |
