the way it's framed makes it feel more like an abstract piece of art. It focuses on the forms, textures, and the way light interacts with them rather than the function of the space.

lively and colorful street scene...Busy Background: While the busyness contributes to the atmosphere, some elements in the background, particularly the people and the motorcycle, can be a bit distracting and pull attention away from the main subject. Lower F number would have helped...it's a trade-off. overall it is a good photo. |

Vibrant and Candid Image...perfectly captures a moment of genuine interaction, laughter, and camaraderie between the two main subjects. Man in blues is sharp but the man in pink is slightly soft. human connection is the strongest aspect of the photo. Great Work |

the image shows some signs of grain and softness, particularly in the rock textures in the far background. lighting appears somewhat flat. Good Work. Not easy to convert though. |

the monochrome treatment works very well here. It emphasizes textures - the cobblestones, the concrete curb, the knit of the bag, and the fabric of the jeans. I like the car and the background, gives a natural look to a well-executed street photo. In someways mysterious too. Nice Work.

Yes 24-70 is best. I know a lot of people say 50mm probably Bresson influence. My street photography influencer is Raghubir Singh and like him I tend to shoot a lot in 35mm. Beyond either of them I have experimented and check the focal length of my street photography shots. I found the mode in around 35mm too. |

I decided to go to Athens after visiting Varanasi.
Varanasi and Athens are ancient cities, Varanasi being a sacred Hindu pilgrimage site in India and Athens the cradle of Western civilization in Greece and both have immense historical and cultural importance.
They offer unique street life, opportunities for capturing authentic and atmospheric images.
If you ask my opinion , other than the standard 'touristic' shots , if you just take a walk you will find so many inspiration. I shot so many photos. |

"is important that you cut off the top of the left building as you did" : I agree. I shot this with wide angle that I had with me. I wished I had a wider one. Moreover, I was standing against the wall on the other side there was no space to backup. |

The leading line of the shoreline and the rocks draws the eye into the scene. The reflections of the mountains in the water create a pleasing symmetry and add depth. The placement of the foreground rocks and foliage anchors the lower right, providing a nice balance.
The reflections contribute significantly to this serene mood.The image is sharp, and details are well-rendered, from the texture of the rocks to the individual leaves on the plants and the clear water allowing visibility of the lakebed. Sky is little featureless, needs some work.
It does follow the standard landscape pattern of foreground, middle ground and back ground. |
