33 Nov 22 Reply Hi Paul, that's why that man with baby catch my eyes. The fencing was there when the first time I hiked to summit at 2002. It's build by Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park authority which involving Tengger tribe who lives in that area. The purpose is for visitor safety since every weekend many visitor come and hike Bromo summit.
