Priscilla, I love tulips so what a treat to attend the Tulip Festival! Excellent composition and color! I agree that the slight halo around the leaves could be blended so that it does not stand out. I like your white border. |

Barbara, I applaud your creativity in your composition by flipping the carnation. I agree with Priscilla that I like the stem in the original photo also. |

Murphy, I applaud grabbing your camera to photograph the lovely lavender and delaying the deadheading. Personally I do like Charlie's removal of the two little leaves on the left. The background really brings out the lovely color of the lavender. |

Charlie, what a truly memorable image! I so appreciate the time-consuming process you have described to create the picture just as you want it to be. The muted background truly highlights the colorful bud. |

Neal, I love your composition with the rotation of the spider. I also use the Topaz Denoise AI and find this plug-in filter very helpful. |

Shaji, welcome to our Study Group. What a great capture of the ants on the yellow flower! I would love to see the image rotated a little more on the diagonal. I also would clone out the little area on the lower right. Beautiful Image! |

Bev, thank you for your efforts! I like the picture both ways, but I do see that Charles's idea of cropping the green leaf from the bottom and darkening what is left is a good one. |
