Hi Kristi, this is a very nice image. My eye is drawn immediately to the violet in sharp focus, then I wander through the violet mist, before returning to the one in sharp focus. I also like the contrasting green around the edges. Good job. |

Hi Jeri, the beautiful color fills the frame and is very pleasing. Then I noticed the gold dust and the texture of the petals. Good job. |

Hi Rick, WOW! Very dramatic image and a unique way to present what is traditionally shown as an architectural documentary. Your creativity is amazing. |

Hi Linda, this is a very good graphic image, simple yet tells a story (I wonder why he is glancing behind himself). I like the warmer colors of your edits and you removed some shadows from the corners. I agree that it would be better without the shadow of the traffic light - perhaps if you took another photo after he took a few more steps then you could crop out the shadow of the traffic light. I flipped it horizontally so that he is walking from left to right, I don't know if this helps. |

Hi Bruce, this is a very nice image which creates immediate impact. I really like the composition. Your post processing has done a good job of showing us detail in the trees and grass. I agree that the Stuart's crop and Kristi's color adjustments are very helpful. I tried to darken the sun but it did not work. The only thing I can thing of for future shots is to try a 5 image bracket, or wait until the sun is just below the mountains. |

Hi Joan,
Good job of creating the sense of motion. I also like the layers of colors. Very successful. |
