Beautiful shot. What a unique place. I agree with Gwen's remarks. I also think sky replacement would distract from the wood branch and might not work with your light in the photo. |

I agree with Leslie about #2. I wonder if cropping it tighter would be a more effective portrait. The flower is very small and it might show up better as a "head shot" rather than the entire howler. |

I have been in that traffic jam in GSMNP. Either the elk are in the road of laying down resting in the grass. You adapted your photo well. I like the texture on the elk, early spring, raising a young one, still shedding out. What new mom doesn't look ragged?
I don't see the yellow so much on my screen. |

Wish I lived closer. My thought is that I like how the reflection works in the edited photo, but I like the lighter colored water in the original one. Photos are about light, not necessarily a story. |
