94 Jul 22 Comment This is way better than any bee photo I have taken. Catching it in mid-air with all that pollen is amazing. Your photo is so sharp, and the colors are perfect together. Jul 25th
94 Jul 22 Comment I agree with the others above. I really love the dark green colors and how they show off the egret's green breeding colors. I think the branches and dark leaves blend beautifully. Jul 25th
94 Jul 22 Comment How low down did you have to go with a monopod. I too love this shot. I never find frogs anywhere. The light and colors are wonderful. Will he turn into a prince if a princess kisses him? Jul 25th
94 Jul 22 Comment Pelican Park is a favorite of mine to go to, and I think I have photographed the same family for a few years. Last time I was there, there was a lot of large parrots nesting in the outfield lights. Very noisy.

I agree with the above comments, and I probably would have had a higher shutter speed too, to get more definition. I usually keep it high unless I specially go down low for a still shot.

94 Jul 22 Comment What a lucky catch. I have not seen these. Colors are lovely and I too agree about cropping in a bit from the right. Jul 25th
94 Jul 22 Comment I like how you got the eye, and a piece of the glint. Good thing you didn't toss the photo. Jul 25th
