Thank you. Over the two weeks they were around, there were at least 50. Didn't seem to be chicks, and none of them had the big knob on the beak for breeding signs. There was something with the water here in our ponds that attracted a lot of armored catfish and that's what they were going after. The fish remains attracted a lot of vultures, and I was worried they would stay, but after mid April all were gone. |

I like the bird's expression that you caught. Nice details on the texture of the feathers. |

Welcome to the group. Lucky you, I rarely see owls. I like how you brightened the eyes. The owls are nice and sharp. I might try bringing up the exposure a bit over all, it comes across dark on my screen. Good Capture. |

I am in awe of your ability to capture something so small, and then edit the photo so well to show all the minute details. Kudos to you. |

Nothing additional to add. I love high key and how this fits this photo. You do well with hand held. |

I love the expression on the face of the fish. I might try cropping it a bit closer to see more of the fish. Just like the bird, you too got a very nice capture. |

Well, you made lemonade out of a lemon. Cute little fawn. I would try in LR, using a brush with a little exposure and maybe highlight, and dabbing some "light" on the grass around the fawn's head, maybe even on his head and eye, those parts seem dark. Then if you lighten up the area, maybe going into PS and add a bit of blur into the grass. (I know this can be done, but I do not know how to do this). |
