I posted this online as a collage of 6 photos showing different ways the otter was checking out the gator. Worked better than a single photo. |

I love this. I never see owls. His yellow eyes really stand out from the muted colors. You got a nice sharp image here.
Good title too. |

This is a beautiful photo. You did indeed get the details you wanted. I think not using the 1.4x makes a difference. I am not so happy with that converter on my Nikon either. I have not seen this bird so thanks for the info. |

What an interesting high key image. Love the fish in the mouth. At first I thought he was in snow. If I was going experiment, the only thing I might do is to increase the saturation or luminance of the yellow, for the eye or the bill. It just might make the eye stand out a bit more. Good capture. |

I love spoonies too, they are my favorite. I love the burst of pink and the orange tail, as well as the one leg. On my laptop it looks a bit soft, which is surprising considering your settings and equipment. I can see some feather detail, but overall it seems soft? Is that just me? |

What a cute bird. How lucky to have him in your yard. I like the composition and the colors. They only thing I might try is to use the brush tool and maybe warm up the colors in the tree behind him on on the side, or decrease the brightness a bit so my eye goes to him and not the tree. |
