We have so much in common beyond photography and I would like to keep in touch. Someone who gets a copy of Gitanjali directly from Bill Radice is not just an ordinary guy. Could you send me your direct email address so that I do not bore the PSA members not interested in spiritualism, Sufism/Baul and Robithakur ( as we Bengalees call Tagore)..

Delighted to discover a lover of Sufi/Baul and Tagore in you;
hope I will have the good fortune to experience to Sufi session guided by your Turkish wife (which I did several times in Turkey without any guidance). |

An exquisite landscape..... with several brilliant colors of nature (green, blue, yellow) complementing one another plus the tasteful placement of the human figure using the rule of the third make this a perfect landscape. A heaven for "social distance" !!! |

An image with great impact!!! Very interesting dynamics of interactions between the two sculptures with greater emphasis (sharper focus) on the figure in front makes it clear who is in command. Perhaps the second figure could be darkened a bit suggesting subjects further away tend to be a bit darker- that would also darken the background. |

Both are nice; but I prefer the Original 2 crop better-- it eliminates the third reed on the left that is only adding a redundant element. The choice of watercolor for splashing water is appropriate--- but consider blurring the texture a bit. The central zone of the splashing water is sharp and a bit grainy..... I think a blur would soften the surface of the running water. I love the overall gestalt of the image! |
