yes, i see what you mean. guess i'll try to rework it next time in in Santa Fe. hopefully will catch some shots of its flower come spring |

Yes, essentially you're viewing it relative to a rectangle placed a little below the midpoint (vertically) of the "sphere". |

Looking at the original image, you can see it was shot from an angle and not straight on. I don't shoot these at any particular angle, but look for an image I like. This images as with most of mine will look best if viewed from the same angle, but even so, I think these images are compelling even if not viewed from the proper angle. |
