I have a set of frame sides ranging in size from something like 8-1/2 x 11 down to something like 1-3/4 x 2-1/2, give or take. I made them from a wooden sheet with a laser cutter.
With the smallest four of these I hold the frame side in my left hand and my camera in right hand finger on the shutter.
In the rock shot shown here it the frame side was the largest of these and it lay on the ground. Sometimes the structure around a shot supports the frame, so I can have an easier time working the shot. |

The shot seems a little awkward to me, wishing for a little more angle, focus, and depth. From what you're saying you were limited to include what you wanted. |

would you rather see black lines instead of white lines, or no lines? not sure how to take your comment |
