Household objects such as light bulbs, fruit, vegetables, intricate objects, all kinds of things can be fun. For the sake of making good anaglpyh images, avoid things with red, pink, orange or cyan except in small doses.

Bowls or cups can make good example image, in that you can then print the phantogram at put things onto it and it'll seem they're in those bowls or cups.

68 Dec 21 Reply In fact the nature of a phantograms isn't that everything pops above the window (negative parallax), but it also accurately reflects what's below the window too (positive parallax). I've produced phantograms of a footstep in sand and also of a dinosaur footprint, both of these sinking into the page. With those images a fun element is to turn them upside down, and the footprint inverses to rise above the page. I'll show one of those next month. Dec 23rd
68 Dec 21 Comment well focused, lots of detail, and nice job catching the bee in flight. well done. Dec 18th
68 Dec 21 Comment good depth. i think i'd want to extend at the top to show a bit more of the sky in the background, and perhaps add a little more contrast Dec 18th
68 Dec 21 Comment interesting stereo image, the stairs on the right, angles and such give the viewer a lot to look at. good shot Dec 18th
68 Dec 21 Comment good stereo image. only thing i'd look to improve is to isolate and sharpen the white sky background at the left. Dec 18th
68 Dec 21 Comment interesting image, nic phantogram, good to see i'm not the only one doing them. good work Dec 18th
68 Dec 21 Comment Interesting subject, nice backdrop. Could use perhaps a bit more contrast Dec 18th
