For me the image is too blurred (to my taste) and you cannot see what is going on real good. I much more like the original in the color version (but then again I like color image more ;) ) with maybe a little cropping and blurring the person in the BG. But prefer no blur in the FG. That is probably taste too. I did not have any idea what the image was about when I saw the edited version ;) |

It is a striking image. The central composition, especially with the tight crop, works very well I think. Also like how the US flag (i suppose it is) on top of the shuttle gives added color and adds to the central composition. |

Very nice image! I first thought it was in the evening, but then saw the light in de BG. I seem to favor Bob's solution to crop the image, as the right side does not add to the image in my opinion. But I would crop less from the top though. Maybe us a 4:5 format instead. |

Very nice and dramatic image! I agree with Terry to crop a bit from the left to get rid of the small building or else use the heal tool in PS. I find the addition of blue in the image wonderful but maybe a bit too much? (or maybe it is my computer screen) It looks a bit unnatural on the cliffs in my opinion. |

A very striking shot. I agree with Jose on the bright spots. Further I would try to desaturate the yellows in the background of the owl a bit, so the BG does not take too much attention from the owl. Just an idea to try. |
