I know what you mean about connection but not sure I can do more than this. I have photographed these lights from different angles on different occasions and for me this is the most successful and it was just taken straight on. In addition to the artificial lighting, there is natural lighting adding to the illumination of the space. This worked for me as it was a dull day without the natural lighting getting in the way. Delighted that it had you thinking! I don't really like titles and detailed descriptions for images so that the viewer can make up their own mind including not liking or getting anything out of the experience. Any reaction for me is a positive. It was taken in an exhibition space where I have been trying out ideas over the past year - the space was created from a school building. The lighting and the interior is very interesting but very difficult to photograph and I will keep trying to get meaningful results. Thanks for your thoughts.		 Feb 25th
8 Feb 26 Comment We are certainly getting a great lesson in other cultures with your recent images - much appreciated. The image appears to have a slight lean to the right above the bottom section. That apart, a good record shot nicely rendered. Feb 25th
8 Feb 26 Comment Would it be stronger without the in focus part at the right? - the out of focus lights are so nice and make for a really nice image without the distraction of the feature at right. Feb 25th
8 Feb 26 Comment Good idea spoiled for me by the red posts at the side of the road - not convinced they add anything to the photograph. Maybe taken a few seconds earlier, the figures might have formed nice silhouettes. Feb 25th
