I had no thoughts other than when I took it and that it was a man-made barrier to keep cattle in the field. Great if you or others read something different in it. I would guess that the dying hedge predates the fence and in its prime was probably adequate to do its job. |

Fascinating take on a NY view. The distortion on the right is a little distracting as I would rather have seen all the lines vertical. Worth taking though. |

Beautiful subtle and subdued lighting creating the atmosphere. It's not often that I take landscape photographs but I would have gone for this view any day. Well done. |

The stair is so strong I could live with the bottom alone - cut off just below the handrail. |

I like the exposure that captures the scene nicely. Not so convinced about the added pinpoint of light - it doesn't look too convincing for me. |

The bird doesn't look critically sharp but that could be because of the file size on screen. I like the red and yellow that bookends the plumage. |
