Larry, thanks for your comments. The plane that the eye is on is sharp enough - I can cope with any fall-off such as the front of the muzzle. I actually managed to balance the camera on the arm of my chair and I didn't get a second chance as he moved ...... the rascal (he should know from experience what to do when I take a photograph).He's 13 and a wonderful dog. |

It's a pity your reflection which is right in the centre isn't as sharp as the content at the bottom. I think your reflection should have been the focal point and deserves to be the sharpest point in the image. |

Marcus, I think your watch is too sharp and the background too defocussed creating contrast that doesn't look right. I love the watch - maybe find another background for it? I like the idea very much but it doesn't quite work. Don't give up on the watch as I think it's worth following up. |

The range of colours is very sympathetic to Turner and Constable but all in your own style. Nice........and sorry to see you go. |
