Here is another that I took at the same time. I took quite a few as the pollution patterns aren't usually evident. Difficult choice as to which to submit.

8 Aug 17 Comment I feel that the church in the background has more interest for me than the dominant and less interesting foreground. I hope you took some photographs of that on your visit. Aug 15th
8 Aug 17 Comment Although the flower itself is central, the position of the stem feels a little uncomfortable. If the section below the flower was central it would give the section at the top a bit more space. I do like the colours set against the black background. Aug 15th

8 Aug 17 Comment The colours and and body of the beetle really stand out and its posture works well against the leaves. I've never seen anything quite like this in Scotland - most seem to be just plain black with a no exciting colours. Aug 15th
