I guess we should all permanently pack a red shirt or jacket to give people to wear when we photograph them on vacation! |

Here's my idea of what would happen if the scene was made more colorful. I don't really like the current trend of over-saturation. I think the new colorfulness distracts from the point of the picture - that great trail of paw-tail prints! |

The paths are well lit with the sunshine. The "path" section seems to be the left half of the photo. I cropped it to show how all the paths become so much more prominent when the other scenery is eliminated. Your view makes me feel the mountain high which you used as the title. Being there would want to make me take a photo of it, too! |

Wow, what a unique interpretation of a path! I love it! The "footprints" lead my eye to both water areas where there are also pretty reflections. I know it is popular in today's photography to saturate the colors, and I can see you didn't do that. I prefer the natural colors of nature here so that nothing distracts me from this most interesting winding set of paw prints. |

You captured the benefit of being on a path! Our assigned subjects can be interpreted however you want, so it doesn't matter so much that "your" path isn't the primary subject of your image. Your image is a good reminder to notice what is around us. That's what good photographers do! The fact that I can see the deer's face is a plus, because taking photos of deer in the underbrush usually results in a more busy portrait. It is interesting to see your 6400 ISO and the good results with the even lighting. |

Your photo brightens my day! I like its cheerfulness and the saturated colors. I think the window frame adds a unique and helpful element to the scene. Everything looks so nice and sharp, too. The paths are not the main subject but they do tie everything together in a good way. |

The blues and the greens are beautiful and attract my eyes to the girls. The path looks very interesting. Wish I could see more of it. Of course, at the time you took the photo, you were taking a picture of the girls. A way to emphasize the path more for this assignment would be to crop off the building at the top. Although it would also cut off the top of the fishing pole, that seems okay to me. |

Maybe I could use this image for a "reflection" assignment, too! ha ha |
