Hi Ruth
Such a beautiful image! I love how you shot directly into the sun for a very effective sunburst effect. I love the light, the DOF and the detail. Awesome job in post to enhance the color and light. I wouldn't change a thing. |

Andres, this is a beautifully crafted image!! I see this as a large print on a textured, fine art paper and framed on the wall! |

Hi Mary Ann!
Nice composition and I like the balance of tones with the entrance lighting subdued. It invites the eye into the frame and gives the image depth. Amazing what the new phone cameras can do! It proves the adage that the best camera is the one you have! Well done! |

Hi Elsie
Yes, I agree with Lance. Also, IF it had been possible, perhaps a somewhat higher vantage point so as to eliminate the boom coinciding with the horizon line? |

Hi Adi
Another well done image. The bold silhouette of the tree captures the eye and a moment later…."Oh - the mountains!". Interesting how you achieved near 100% shadow in the foreground but presented a more narrow tonal range in the mountains. It makes for a nice contrast. The three distinct layers - tree, mountains, clouds gives depth to the image. |

Hi Bill
I would love for you to tell us more about your image. Besides documenting a historical site - which you have done adequately - was there another story you wanted to tell? What was it? Did you take other images at the site - perhaps from different perspectives? What did you find interesting about it? |
