Thank you, Peter. I am "taken" with the monochrome image as well! |

Thanks, Lynne. I am looking forward to spending more time using my LensBaby lenses. I like what they can produce!

You definitely created an image that engages the viewer! Bogy's eyes are so captivating, and I agree that the lack of noise is quite impressive. This is one tack-sharp image! Bogy's personality (or, a personality) seems to come through (though I can't tell if the image portrays Bogy's actual personality). The eyes say it all. My only suggestion would be to consider blurring out even more so the background in the bottom right-hand corner. I'd also love to see other images that focus, almost solely on the eyes (perhaps an abstract, close-up image of just one eye!). - Nancy |

Hi Jeff,
I like this image very much. It is soothing to look at. I agree with Charlie about the background. The color and texture are just right. I also like the subject. Each pod is different - with different tones and textures. I imagine that it is very impressive to look at as a panorama. - Nancy |

I enjoyed reading the comments and learning about a new technique. The sketch is captivating, though I don't find it to be particularly appealing. Thanks for sharing, Peter (though I acknowledge Charlie's comment about this not being a photograph).

Hi Lynne,
This is a beautiful image. The lighting and shadows cause it to glow. I like the angle at which you took it and the details you decided to highlight. While I'm not being very helpful, I honestly don't have a suggestion to give you. I wouldn't change a thing. - Nancy |
