I like both images. The original is well in focus from front to back and I also like the slightly muted colours. The Jefferson Memorial stands out well in both images but particularly in Cindy's version which has really made it the absolute star of the show. |

I like the way you have separated the flower from the background and the narrow depth of field has blurred out the flower in the background a little. The bee doesn't really add anything to the shot and I think it is a good image of the flower. Just a thought, it might improve that image by cloning out the very top petals of the background flower to create a tighter image. |

A good opportunistic shot. Everything worked for you and you captured the moment. I like the framing and the shutter speed just managed to catch a little bit of movement in the bird's wings. Very enjoyable image. |

Thanks Cindy. I put this image into a club competition and the judge agreed with you about the crop. The Shard is an odd building and I agree that it may look as if it is leaning in my image but the central "pillar" (so to speak) is actually vertical and the other "pillars" right and left do give the impression that the building is leaning. |

A pleasant and tranquil scene which you have improved in post processing. I like reflections and they are beautifully clear here. There is some banding at the top of the trees so you may have isolated the sky to work on it. You may be able to get rid of the banding by using the Refine Edge in Photoshop when you isolate the sky. |

It is a fascinating image and well photographed and presented. I see an eye and a snout but I don't understand the title. I see a sea horse at the top of your original. The great thing about abstract images such as this is the variety of interpretations that the viewer sees. It's good to see something very different. |
