Thanks Cindy. It was quite dark in the building and your adjustments seem to have captured that and also brought out stronger detail between the stones in the ceiling. I'm not so sure about the vignette because the arches draw the eye through the picture anyway but it is good to see another person's view. |

Thanks Charlie. The camera is an Olympus E-M1 Mark 3 which has a cropped sensor 4/3. The lens was 12-45 mm. I probably could have gone back a bit to get in more arches but there were a lot of people there that day and I had to be quick to get this shot with no people in it. |

This is a very attractive image and it would be good to see the original. The reason is that I am not familiar with Viveza 3 so I don't know what you actually did to the original. On the face of it I feel that adjustments to the walls may be overdone and the contrast in sharpness between the students and their surroundings seems quite strong. If you were looking for a painterly type of image then that has worked well. |

This is a great shot which is sharp and colourful with a complimentary background that does not compete with the subject. I also like the reflections which add another dimension to the image. Very enjoyable. |

I agree with David. A much tighter crop leaving out most of the left side and including just the heron and its immediate surroundings would be a better picture. The heron is well exposed and I like to see birds in their environment and in this case rather uncluttered surroundings. |

I think you have captured this event well and I like the expressions on the faces, particularly the rider in grey with the moustache. I find dark glasses always spoil an image but there was nothing that you could do about that. I think the position of the lady in purple in the background is spot on. The only slight problem is the rider partially hidden on the left but once again, you had no control over that. I had never known that you call these "High Wheels". We know them as Penny Farthings which is a reference to our old coinage. |
