I quite like it. It has taken away the harshness of the brightly lit castle. |

Thanks David. I have carried out a bit of dodging at 20% to the darker areas and also removed the lights from the boat on the water as per Cindy's suggestion. When you suggest reducing the warmth of the yellow lights, are you referring to those at the bottom of the picture? |

I assume your focus stacking was to keep the flower and the buds behind it in focus and to diffuse the background. I think that has worked well and you have kept the flower in context. Cindy's is a more artistic interpretation, rather in keeping with her own image of the lily but is very attractive too. They just illustrate how a picture of the same simple rose can lead to two different but pleasant images. |

I think this is very much a personal interpretation, particularly the sharpness of the petals. In my view, nature isn't quite as sharp as this although your post processing has created a very attractive image. It would be interesting to see the original. |

I like the aspect of this image with the clear reflections in the water and the way the river leads the eye behind the houses to create a bit of mystery. The panorama is good too. I have never been to China so I don't know what to expect but I find the atmosphere that you have created to be a bit unreal and as David suggests, maybe reducing the highlights would improve it. |

There is much that could be done with this image. I like the colours and my eye was drawn to the face at the top of the image but after the sky which I think I would darken. I use Transform - Skew in some of my architectural shots but you have to be careful not to overdo it because the image becomes squat and not at all like the original and in my view Cindy has slightly overdone it. In this country at present photographers are keen on old buildings and in particular converting them to black and white and I think this image is a candidate for that treatment. I agree with David that certain parts of the image could be isolated to make other pictures. So I think you have produced a fascinating image with lots of possibilities. |

It is an interesting shot and you appear to have taken it from your garden and not your house so the rabbit is probably quite tame. I am not familiar with Snapseed so I don't know what to expect of it but I agree with others about the over sharpening of the rabbit in particular. |

A very pleasant shot with a big aaah factor. Liriope is a new word to me and I had to look it up. The darkening of the green and removal of a few grasses in post processing improves the shot and concentrates the eye on the fawn. Very enjoyable. |
