This is a very busy image with lots going on. The low trajectory is attractive but I find that the cyclist is too dominant in the image although I like the slow shutter speed and the resultant motion. You were unlucky in that there is scaffolding on the building (scaffolding seems to be everywhere these days!!) If it had been possible, I would have taken other cyclists from farther back so that the wonderful cathedral was more prominent and I would have also straightened the verticals of the cathedral a little in post processing. |

I like the water lily and its reflection and also the plain background which sets it off nicely. Ray questions whether to remove the leaf. I think I would and just leave the simple flower on a neutral background. |

Thanks Ray. I suspect that the water way disappeared many years ago. I didn't go close enough to see where it would have gone. I didn't specifically sharpen the image but the adjustments to the shadows and highlights may have had that effect. |

This is a very convincing composite and there is interest all over the image. I like the position of the moon with the small tree branches in front of it. The sky has interest, the boulders are sharp and there is a hint of movement of the water in the waterfall. The blue cast on the water adds to the scene. A great image. |

It would be interesting to see the original colour image in order to see the comparison. You have created quite a moody picture with the heavy clouds adding to the atmosphere. I think I would crop out some of the right hand side which is rather bland and which would also remove the strong light source that is rather distracting. |

I like the composition with the stationery dancer looking on but I would prefer a slightly quicker shutter speed so that the active dancers were more recognisable but still retaining the sense of motion. |

This is another very imaginative image after the one you posted last month. It is really an exercise in shapes and the final version works well. I like the crop and the way you have toned down the effects of the heavy light towards the top. The remaining streaks of light enhance the image and add a bit of depth. Very enjoyable. |
