Even though I live 3,000 miles away, I would have guessed where this building is, it is so typically northern USA. I like the crop because you have concentrated on the immediate surroundings and season and the increased saturation has made this into a very pleasant image. It's a pity the experiment did not last because it looks like a great place to live. |

I also like the contrast between the flower and the background and the way the cracks between the stones are at a slight angle. This is a good image from a mobile phone. You don't say what editing you actually did in phone, or what it is capable of, but I would have tried to remove the row of small light green plants at the top to concentrate the eye on the flower. |

I think the image would be improved if you brought out more detail in the sky or replaced it with one with a little more detail. You could probably get away with a replaced sky because there is detail in the reflections in the water. The weather didn't help you and you appear to have got the best out of it. |

It is remarkable how you got from your original to your final image. I can't see the hummingbird in the original at all so full marks for your final image. The hummingbird and its two chicks are good and clear and the slightly diffused background behind the mother (I assume it is the mother) makes it stand out nicely. |
