Bob, you always get lots of colour and contrast in your images and I think your balanced image above is a big improvement on the original. There is more detail in the middle rocks, much more interest in the sky and the burnt out highlights have disappeared. |

There are good subtle colours in this image and I like the way your vignette concentrates the eye on the bright part. The low light has a good effect on the hills and makes them stand out. A good landscape shot. |

I like the sharpness of the plant and particularly the coma (I think that is what the white hairy bits are called). There is a nicely diffused background which helps the plant to stand out. It is not a plant that we see in UK so it is of particular interest to me. |

Very enjoyable image of the dog and I like its pose. I would have been tempted to remove the part of the foot at the top and maybe also the lead. |

I like the sharpness of the fireworks and the gentle reflections in the water. My shots of fireworks have never been this good and I have made a note of how you achieved it. |

This is a lovely sharp image and the colours are very attractive. The fence provides a good lead in to the bridge and I like the position of the seat which also leads the eye towards the bridge and provides balance with the bridge. There is nice texture in the tree on the left but it is quite dominant in the image and I can't make up my mind whether I would crop a bit out. |

I think you have created a very striking image from what is basically a record shot. The triangular shape of the aircraft is very strong and you have brought out the subtle colours and removed all the background distractions very well. This is a very good and enjoyable result. |

There is a good depth of field and I like the mule and rider in the foreground and the way you have lightened them. There is good detail in the rocks. I agree that the sky needs some work and I would also remove the part of the plant that crosses the bridge and water. |
