I say yes to the cloning out the branches on the right
I think if you darken the monument a bit (especially the left side and the cap) that would give the sky and remaining cherry blossoms more punch. I might pop the saturation of blue a bit for contrast.
I think you can play with the relative brightness of the elements and see what happens. |

I am with Howard. I am not sure how to comment except I would have liked the Nebula to be larger since it is the thing that draws the eye |

Nice and sharp and a very interesting building. Really good detail on the roof.
Is there another opportunity here to move to the left and have the sidewalk leading to the building? Or does the tree on the left prevent that. |

Yes, the eyes have it, really inviting photo. You might want to try for an effect by having the left side of her face (right in the photo) less bright but leave the other side brighter. I have seen lots of portraits with that

Nice and sharp on the plant and good detail on the head
I would probably try to darken the background a little bit more to make it stand out more. |
