Thanks for your comments, everyone! I was merely going for an ominous appearance, and I'm glad the image means different things to different people. I believe that's part of the appeal of abstract art. As Cindy Sherman once said: "If I knew what the picture was going to be like, I wouldn't make it." |

I really like your treatment of the subject.
I agree that black and white works better, and removing the busy background. Like Peter, I think the light patina would help, as long as its tone didn't clash with the other works in this series. |

I am in awe of this rendering. I see a world of magic with the two figures intruding into the make-believe scene.
I wouldn't change a thing. I could keep staring at this and be transported to so many different places! |

I also agree about the crop but might want to keep the entirety of the bear in the image, and just dispense with everything below the tabletop.
The colors work really well together. |

This is so cleverly done, and very imaginative. My only thought, and admittedly a very subjective one, is that I would probably have preferred a warmer color...but that's just me!! |

I love this; it is so intriguing. The sense of movement, the colors and the composition are so striking. Your series on this theme will be spectacular! |
