79 Sep 22 Comment Peter, thanks so much for the idea of angling the image content. It will make it far more interesting. Sep 25th
79 Sep 22 Comment Simply gorgeous, and amazing technique.
Perhaps, if the exclamation marks were removed, the rainbow effect would be even more striking?

79 Sep 22 Comment I would never have guessed this is a bridge, and I very much like your title. The vegetation in the background is a marvelous focal point, especially as the fluorescent light leads to it. The softness of the image is delightful. I cannot think how this could be improved without asking the city council, or whoever, to remove the fluorescent light overhead. Sep 24th
79 Sep 22 Comment I see a coquettish dancer spotlighted as a soloist, and love the shapes. I agree with Judith's suggestion of trying this as a monochrome, especially in sepia. If a monochrome, the vignetting may work well, but agree the "spots should go!"

79 Sep 22 Comment Oh my...what a fortunate escape!
I love the image, with its rich sunset tones, that you still had the presence of mind to shoot.I feel that the blue area on the left is a little bold and distracting; my eye keeps wandering there when there's so much to admire elsewhere.
Nevertheless, I understand why it's one of your favorite photos, for more than one reason!

79 Sep 22 Comment The starkness of the branches contrasts wonderfully with the background pattern. I see a bird created by the outline of the branches, and also think of Yogi Berra:"When you come to a fork in the road, take it."
The image may be even more striking, and minimalistic, if you entirely remove the background, a la Michael Kenna?
