The devotion of the attendants is beautifully captured; the story tells us how seriously they are taking their role.I love the mood in this image; you really feel like you are watching a very important moment (for all three of them). I agree that removing the largely hidden third attendant makes for a stronger image. |

I agree with Oliver; this would be perfect in a children's book. Our four year old grandson would be enthralled! I love that you have kept the image "quiet", since the image itself is so captivating (no pun intended).I agree with Oliver that the frame is, overall, distracting. I hope you'll do more of this type of work!! |

The latest rendition is fun: the giraffe looks confused. I like the blazing treatment of the sky, so the dark trees on the left are fine by me; they are not competing for the spotlight.I love the composition, and strong contrast in the image. This is an image that deserves and demands attention; it grows on you (OK, on me, at least!) |

I like Richard's treatment of this very fine image. I agree that the building on the right is distracting, and adds nothing of note. However,I think the bridge on the right is now too dark, and somewhat unrealistic. This is a gem of a building. I wonder if you have quite a few more interesting shots of it? |

Lovely shot. I actually like the original crop that Dave produced. I agree with Barbara that the V of the two branches should be preserved: it really adds context. Great bokeh!

David, you are right; the conversation is a different image! How did I miss that? Richard's editing with more contrast and texture works very well. I wonder how long it will be before we return to such density of people, whether tourists or not. |
