I love this shot, Richard. It's a wonderful capture! On balance, I wouldn't crop but maybe darkening the tone of the face in the foreground would help us focus on the main subject? |

Thanks, Nick. Yes, lot's of warming. I felt the original image was rather dull, so I indulged in artistic license. |

Thanks, David. I had the same concern! In the end, I compromised and left them in, as you recommended, but did tone them down. |

Hi Oliver,I'm no expert but I think that it works, especially if you can increase the height of the image, for example-to its previous aspect ratio? |

This is really fascinating, and very cleverly done. I wonder, though, if the skunk is needed at all (I'm a very simple guy!).
PS Do folks really collect skunks? If so, then why? |

This is gorgeous, Mark! I love how you've "softened" the flower. |

Love this. My only thought is that maybe the bud could be separated more from the flower? |

Wonderful! I like how you've simplified the subject, and lightened his face. |

I love this portrait; She's so expressive, and the scarf really is gorgeous. My only other thought is whether the tone of her forehead could be a smidgeon darker, but that's being very nit-picky! |

You're right,Barbara. The horizon is falling off to the left.
I need to watch this more carefully! |
