Pete, I love love the facial expression…and i wish I had the opportunity to take this picture…. If I had the opportunity to take his picture.. I would had taken it when his hand is a bit down so I can see his ear.. I find it a bit distracting that the bow is hiding his ear / cutting his face .. I would had also adjusted the colors under his arm bit so you don't see the sweat. |

WOW! What a fabulous portrait! I truly don't have anything to add. I don't see anything wrong with changing appearance.. at the end of the day is about you and your interpretation. |

Hi Barbara, I like the photo and your choice of monochrome. great feedback from the group.. The only suggestion is to tone down the top of the thimble. |
