WOW! WOW! WOW! Love this bird! I like what Thorro has suggested.. I would just suggest that you darken everything around the bird and make him a bigger star then you already made him. Also, I agree with Steve that you need a bit more on the right give him room to run on hunt.. What is the name of this bird? |

WOW! Very creative. I would never had thought to crop it this much. I like it! It is a total different type of a feeling. If this photos doesn't get a ribbon as I had original submitted , next time I will submit it with your crop and see what comes out of it! Thank you so much for your feedback! Very cool crop. |

Thorro, nice job, It will be interesting to leave the first sky and clone some the green out especially the one to the right. The greenery needs to be toned down .. I truly appreciate how you take the suggestions do the edits and re-post.. I need to do the same.. I promise I will get better at that

Hi Steven, you probably know that I love bird photography and I like this photo. Love how the wings are up and he is ready for take off.. I like the slight blur... If I may suggest a small adjustment will be to crop a bit on the top and darken the edges a bit.. bring the attention to the eye.. lovely image. |

Stanley, thank you for putting a smile on m face. He is so cute! Great suggestion from Thorro.. mine is very minor.. If you can darken your cranberries so he can pop a bit more. Also, if you have the opportunity to take it again try getting down to his level vs shooting from above. Fun photo, |

Hi Thorro, I love blue birds. We have two boxes in our backyard and over the years have enjoyed watching them lay their eggs and bringing a family into our world. Very strong composition. Love the sky replacement..Here are my suggestions;1) tone down the green.. 2) darken the end of the branches.. my eye wants to go there before the bird. 3) if possible lighten the eye. I hope my suggestion help. |
