Hi Matt.. I really like the angle of the photo. I also like all the changes that Thorro made. When I take a landscaping photo I always use my I-phone and then my camera. When using my camera I set it on program mode and based on what the histogram shows me that is my starting point in Manuel mode and I make adjustments accordingly.. Sorry I don't have any additional feedback but Thorro did an outstanding job. |

Hi Matthias, Nice photo.. I adjusted the the crop .. The reflection of the trees (2 with out leaves) are a bit distracting.. I do love the reflection of the bridge. I also open up the shadows. Let me know your thoughts. |

Great photo, on my bucket list! I am surprise that you got such a great phot at F11. I alway go to F16 to F22. I like what Steve has done . I would also suggest cropping it from the right - so you have the near and far story with the trees to the left. I would like to see you use the Ed haze tool in Lightroom. |

What a beautiful bird! Belize is on my bucket list. As beautiful as it is .. I agree with all the comments you have made.
You have a beautiful photo that is not sharp and the two birds are merging together. Some judges take away points for that, to your point it is the same bird. The focus is the big issue. |

Thank you Stan. This is my first time posting a photo and new to PSA. I am considering entering it to Beaufort club for the PSA nature photo. I need to do a better job in the Lightroom editing. Any feedback will be great. Again, thank you for your kind words. |

Thank you Thorro, thank you for the feedback. I agree I am really having an issue on getting the photo sharp in Lightroom and not loosing the elk original color on their fur. I am new to Lightroom and need to pay more attention to detail. I can use all the help I can get on Lightroom. |

Hi Steve, Thank you for your kind words. Yes, I see a big difference at 450-500 is very sharp anything above that if the light is not great I have an issue with the sharpens of the photo. So this time of the year it is the Elk Rut - first time ever experienced this type of behavior. This photo is showing the two younger bucks fighting for their territory and their cows. Their behavior is very aggressive but when they get tangled they almost come to a standstill. Again, thank you for your feedback |

Hi Steve, I have photographed many dragon flies seating on something but never flying.. I now have it on my bucket list. Nice job especially that it was Manuel focus I agree with all the other comments, but most impotent , next time try to get the eyes. I would also suggest trying to saturate the wings a bit.. This is my first time giving feedback.. hope it helped. |
